Terms and Conditions PP96 – Official Platform Rules & Policies

In this Terms and Conditions document, the word "PP96", "us", or "Platform" refers to pp96 and all entities associated with it. The word "Member", "you", or "user" refers to any individual who registers and uses pp96 services.

"Service" covers all products and features provided by pp96, including Live Casino, Sports Betting, Fish Shooting Games, bingo, the VIP program, the mobile app, and all related features accessible via the official pp96 website at pp96.onl.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all pp96 members regardless of how they access the platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or the pp96 app installed on an Android or iOS device. The scope of this agreement also covers all financial transactions, in-game interactions, and communications between members and the pp96 team.

To register and use pp96 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 21 years and above on the date of registration.
• Malaysian citizens or legal residents based in Malaysia.
• Never previously been banned or blocked from using pp96 services.
• Register on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not hold more than one active account at pp96 at the same time.
• Of sound mind and registering voluntarily without coercion.

Pp96 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify member eligibility. The KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents may include a national ID (MyKad), bank statement, or recent proof of address.

If false or misleading information is provided during registration or the KYC process, pp96 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account in question and withhold any existing balance pending further investigation.

Each member is permitted to hold one account only at pp96. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts as well as the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, active phone number, and valid email address. This information will be used for identity verification and official communications from pp96.

• Your account password must be kept secure and not shared with anyone.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account.
• Notify pp96 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Pp96 is not liable for any losses resulting from a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

The name registered on your pp96 account must match the name on the bank account used for deposits and withdrawals. Any mismatch may delay the withdrawal process until verification is complete.

Pp96 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. All available payment methods are legitimate and secure, including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost.

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction.
• Deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited within 1 to 5 minutes.
• There is no maximum daily deposit limit, however transactions exceeding a certain amount may require additional verification.
• Deposited funds must be from a legitimate source and belong to the member.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals processed within 15 to 60 minutes on business days.
• The bank account used for withdrawals must be registered under the same name as the PP96 account.
• Pp96 reserves the right to request additional document verification before processing a first withdrawal or any large withdrawal.
• Any suspicious withdrawal attempts may be temporarily frozen for investigation.

Pp96 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and exclusive offers for VIP members. All bonuses are subject to the specified rollover/turnover requirements.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• The wagering requirements for each bonus will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses obtained through unauthorised or fraudulent means will be voided without notice.
• Only one active bonus is allowed at a time unless stated otherwise.
• Pp96 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotions, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in account termination.

Every promotion has its own expiry date. Unused bonuses will be automatically forfeited once the validity period ends. Members are encouraged to review the full terms of each promotion before claiming it.

All games available at pp96 use certified software and a Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by an independent third party. pp96 is committed to ensuring fairness in every game offered.

• Any attempt to hack, exploit software bugs, or use third-party software to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, or any non-human method to play is a serious violation.
• If a game result is disputed, PP96's server records will be considered final.
• Disputes relating to Live Casino will be reviewed through video recordings of the relevant session.
• Pp96 reserves the right to void any bets or winnings obtained through technical errors or system manipulation.

For Sports Betting, pp96 follows industry-standard guidelines. Bets placed after an event has concluded or during a technical interruption will be voided and funds returned to the member's account.

• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly encouraged for all members.
• Pp96 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• Your login session will automatically expire after a period of inactivity.
• Any login activity from a new location or device will be notified to the member via email or SMS.

Members are responsible for ensuring that the device used to access PP96 is free from malware and viruses. PP96 is not liable for any losses arising from a device that has been compromised by a third party.

Pp96 takes problem gambling seriously and is committed to helping members play responsibly. We provide several self-management tools accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits according to your budget.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss amount within a defined time period.
• Session Limit: Set a maximum time limit for each gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account for more serious cases.

Pp96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system.
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Threats, profanity, or disrespectful behaviour directed at the PP96 team.
• Use of VPNs, proxies, or other technical methods to conceal your actual location.

In the event of account termination due to a violation, the account balance may be temporarily held or forfeited depending on the outcome of the investigation. PP96 will notify the relevant member of the investigation's decision within a reasonable timeframe.

If you have any claims or complaints regarding your use of the pp96 platform, please follow the procedure below:

• Step 1: Contact the PP96 customer support team via live chat or email within 7 days of the incident.
• Step 2: Provide full details including the transaction number, date, time, and a description of the incident.
• Step 3: The pp96 team will investigate and respond within 3 to 5 business days.
• Step 4: If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may submit a formal review request to the pp96 management team.

All transaction records and server activity logs of pp96 will be treated as conclusive evidence in any dispute. The decision of pp96 management following a formal review is final and binding.

To the extent permitted by law, PP96 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by planned or unplanned system maintenance.
• Network failure or internet connectivity issues on the member's end.
• Any financial losses resulting from betting or gaming decisions.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence.
• Any changes in laws or regulations affecting platform operations.

Pp96 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions. However, we are committed to restoring any disruptions as quickly as possible and will provide appropriate compensation to affected members in certain cases.

Pp96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the official pp96 website.

Pp96 will endeavour to notify members of significant amendments via in-platform notifications or email. However, it remains each member's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of the latest version.

Continued use of the pp96 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all remaining balances.
